01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clone Empires ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

02 Description of Service

Clone Empires provides AI-powered business clone creation services, including but not limited to:

• ▸ AI-generated digital clones based on your likeness, voice, and professional profile
• ▸ Voice cloning from audio recordings you provide
• ▸ Image and video clone generation from photos you upload
• ▸ Social media content creation and channel management services
• ▸ Customizable outfits, backgrounds, and presentation styles

03 Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

04 Subscription Plans & Billing

Clone Empires offers the following billing structures:

• ▸ Annual Prepay: Billed annually at the displayed monthly rate. This is a 12-month minimum commitment.
• ▸ Monthly Billing: Billed monthly at a higher rate (approximately 43% above the annual rate). 12-month minimum commitment applies.
• ▸ ACH/Bank Draft Discount: A 10% discount is applied when paying via ACH bank transfer.

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time, but the current term's commitment remains in effect. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Add-on services (additional outfits, backgrounds, content creation packages) are billed separately and may be added or removed at any time. Pricing for add-ons is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

05 Content You Provide

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including photos, voice recordings, social media data, and business information ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Clone Empires a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit Your Content and that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

06 AI Clone Ownership & Usage

The AI clone created through the Service is based on Your Content and is subject to the following ownership terms:

• ▸ Subscription Plans: You are granted a license to use your AI clone for the duration of your active subscription. The underlying technology and models remain the property of Clone Empires.
• ▸ Full Buyout: Upon payment of the full buyout price, you receive full rights to your AI clone, including the right to use, modify, and distribute it without ongoing fees.

07 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service or your AI clone for:

• ✕ Creating clones of other people without their explicit written consent
• ✕ Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices
• ✕ Generating illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• ✕ Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• ✕ Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• ✕ Reverse-engineering the AI technology

08 Cancellation & Refunds

All subscriptions have a 12-month minimum commitment. Early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees. Upon cancellation, your AI clone will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be deactivated.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a service deficiency, please contact our support team within 14 days of the issue.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clone Empires shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Clone Empires in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
